The Inner West Street Association brings you the popular Annapolis Chocolate Binge Festival to downtown Annapolis for the holidays. Held on the first Sunday of December from 11 pm to 5 pm on the first block of West Street we have the Annapolis Chocolate Binge Festival, featuring family-friendly entertainment, chocolate, holiday shopping, and the festive West Street Holiday Light Canopy.
