The Inner West Street Association brings you the popular Annapolis Chocolate Binge Festival to downtown Annapolis for the holidays. Held on December 3rd from 11am to 5 pm on the first block of West Street. Annapolis Chocolate Binge Festival features family-friendly entertainment, chocolate and more chocolate, holiday shopping, and the festive West Street Holiday Light Canopy. Events this year include a Chocolate Gingerbread Decorating Contest, Willy Wonka, Oompa Loompa's, Santa, Elfie, live music and more.
