This chocolate bar is inspired by the Icelandic tradition “Jolabokaflod,” the Yule Book Flood. Jolabokaflod began post-World War II, when most gifts were scarce, but books were plentiful. The tradition entails gifting books on Christmas Eve, then reading long into the night while enjoying hot chocolate and an orange soda cocktail called Jolabland.

Ingredients: Organic Cacao Beans, Organic Cane Sugar, Cacao Butter, Candied Orange (Oranges, Cane Sugar, Ascorbic Acid, Sulfar Dioxide), Cinnamon, Cloves.
